Competition Terms & Conditions (South Africa)

Organiser: BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD Effective Date: 2026-04-01 To 2027-03-31.

  1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Grand Sim Auto Competition (“the Competition”) organised by BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD (“the Company”).

1.2. By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3. The Competition is open exclusively to registered and active dealers of BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD who meet the eligibility criteria set out below.

  1. Eligibility

2.1. Only dealers formally onboarded and approved by BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD may participate.

2.2. Dealers must be in good standing, with no outstanding compliance, contractual, or payment issues.

2.3. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD are not eligible to participate.

  1. Competition Period

3.1. The Competition will run from 2026-04-01 to 2027-03-31 (“Competition Period”).

3.2. Only performance achieved within the Competition Period will be considered.

  1. Competition Mechanics & KPIs

4.1. The Competition is performance‑based.

4.2. Dealers must meet or exceed specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to qualify.

4.3. KPIs will be based on:

  • The stock allocation assigned to each dealer;
  • The sales performance relative to that allocation;
  • Any additional performance metrics communicated in writing by BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD.

4.4. KPIs may differ between dealers based on allocation, region, or operational capacity.

4.5. Only dealers who meet all required KPIs will be eligible for consideration as the winner.

  1. Determination of the Winner

5.1. There will be only one (1) winner of the Competition.

5.2. The winner will be the dealer who achieves the highest qualifying performance based on the KPIs.

5.3. The decision of BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD regarding the winner is final and binding.

5.4. No correspondence, negotiation, or appeal regarding the results will be entered.

  1. Prize

6.1. The sole prize for this Competition is a 2007 Porsche Cayenne, awarded voetstoots (as‑is, without warranty).

6.2. The prize may not be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash or any other item.

6.3. The winner is responsible for:

  • Licensing and registration fees;
  • Insurance;
  • Any repairs, maintenance, or roadworthy requirements;
  • Collection and transportation of the vehicle.

6.4. There are no second, third, or additional prizes.

  1. Prize Delivery

7.1. The winner will be contacted via the dealer’s registered contact details.

7.2. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next qualifying dealer at the sole discretion of BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD.

  1. General Conditions

8.1. BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD reserves the right to verify the eligibility and performance of any dealer.

8.2. Any attempt to manipulate results, KPIs, or reporting will result in immediate disqualification.

8.3. BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition, if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

8.4. Participation in the Competition does not create any legal claim or expectation beyond what is stated in these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, BlueBeat Digital (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize.

9.2. The prize is awarded voetstoots, and the Company makes no warranties regarding its condition.

  1. Privacy

10.1. Dealer information will be used solely for purposes related to the Competition and in accordance with POPIA.

10.2. By participating, dealers consent to the use of their business name and performance results for announcement and promotional purposes.

  1. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

11.2. Any disputes arising from the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
